I joined Wile within their first few months to assist the senior management team to formulate an IT strategy, designs and roadmaps of their vision.   Producing high level designs and associated costings for a communication service, implementing backend Microsoft Windows Server 2003, MSSQL 2005 and .Net Web Services integrating mobile devices, and remote websites using SOA implementing XML / SOAP messaging. This initial role involved assisting the senior management team in putting together a business case for their investors to receive private equity funding.

• Taking business requirements and convert them into High Level Designs.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce costings based on the proposed solutions
• Present proposals to Board and investor group.

Once funding had been secured I returned to implement the proposed solution
